Its Care Service Coordinators provide expert advice and assistance for people living with ALS, free of charge.1 ALS support groups are one place to connect with others.1

The Equipment Loan Program provides short-term and extended loans of recommended durable medical equipment and assistive technology.3 The loans can bridge a wait for insurance funding and can include items insurance does not cover.3

On respite, the caregiver support page describes in-home respite care by a trained professional.4 It also describes a limited number of financial grants for registered patients who live in its territory.4

It works with ALS clinics, and its multidisciplinary model brings several disciplines into one visit.5 It arranges round-trip transportation to those clinic appointments; confirm current availability.5
