1915(i) State Plan Amendment

1915(i) State Plan Amendment provides Community Behavioral Health Support Services – Supportive Supervision and Oversight to eligible individuals with income not exceeding 150% of the Federal Poverty Line who would be at imminent risk of requiring inpatient level of care without the service.
