VA Caribbean Caregiver Support¶
VA Caribbean Health Care provides caregiver support coordinators for caregivers of Veterans in Puerto Rico, Saint Thomas, and Saint Croix, including help finding VA caregiver assistance, matching with services and benefits, connecting with local resources and programs, and using national VA caregiver programs.
VA Caribbean caregiver support coordinators help caregivers of Veterans get caregiver assistance available through VA, match with services and benefits, and connect with local resources and programs. VA Caribbean health services cover Veterans in Puerto Rico, Saint Thomas, and Saint Croix and describe caregiver support, training, counseling, respite, progressive needs planning, stipend-related PCAFC services when eligible, and local support coordinator access. National PGCSS and PCAFC services are connected through local VA caregiver support teams and the VA Caregiver Support Line.
