Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) serves adults 55 and older with chronic medical problems and functional impairments who meet nursing facility medical necessity criteria, with no co-payment unless admitted to a nursing facility.

Eligibility

• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
• Care recipient age: at least 55
