Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is an all-inclusive program serving adults 55 years of age or older.

Eligibility

  • Care recipient age: at least 55

  • To apply or for more information on the PACE program visit the Alexian PACE website or call 423-698-0802 (TTY 1-800-848-0298 for hearing impaired). An Intake Coordinator will assist you in the application.
