Tennessee National Family Caregiver Support Program¶
Tennessee's National Family Caregiver Support Program helps families care for older adults with chronic illness or disabilities in their homes. The program is available through Area Agencies on Aging and Disability and can include counseling, support groups, caregiver training, respite, personal care, homemaker services, and adult day care.
Services may include counseling and support groups, caregiver training, respite care, personal care, homemaker services, and adult day care. Tennessee notes that service availability may vary by service area and directs caregivers to call 1-866-836-6678 for caregiver support programs in their area.
