Older Americans Act Title VI Native American Caregiver Support Services¶
ACL-funded services for American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian families caring for older relatives with chronic illness or disability, and grandparents caring for grandchildren.
Caregiver support services may include information and outreach, access assistance, counseling, support groups, training, respite care, and supplemental services, delivered through eligible Tribal organizations and Native Hawaiian grantees.
