Ohio's Structured Family Caregiving is a Medicaid waiver service for waiver-enrolled individuals at least 18 years old in MyCare Ohio, Ohio Home Care, or PASSPORT who live with a caregiver providing daily care and support. Payment, provider, and financial eligibility rules vary by waiver pathway.

Eligibility

  • U.S. citizenship or qualified immigrant status required
  • Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
  • Care recipient age: at least 18
  • Must live with care recipient
