  • Relationship: parent, child, grandparent

  • Call 401-421-7833 Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 4:30 pm and ask for the CareBreaks Program, or contact the ADRC (Rhode Island Aging and Disability Resource Center) at 401-462-4444
