Participant Direction of Services

Participant Direction of Services allows eligible Medicaid beneficiaries living in their own residence or a family member's home to direct and manage their personal care services, including overnight assistance.

Eligibility

  • Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
  • Relationship: spouse, parent, other relative

How to apply

  • Elect self-direction with your Service Coordinator when developing the person-centered service plan (PCSP), at reassessment, or at any time
