Respite Voucher Program

The Respite Voucher Program provides respite care services to individuals with developmental disabilities or their family members living in the home, with care available in the home or other settings.

Eligibility

• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
• Must live with care recipient

• Locate the nearest Developmental Disabilities Services Area Office and ask the Intake Unit for an application
