Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) serves individuals 55 and older with income equal to or less than 300% of SSI Medicaid coverage who need intermediate or skilled care, providing comprehensive medical and social services.

• Care recipient age: at least 55

How to apply

• There is no single online PACE application; potential participants contact one of Oklahoma's four PACE organizations (Valir PACE-OKC, Valir PACE-Shawnee, Cherokee Elder Care PACE in Tahlequah, or LIFE PACE in Tulsa, chosen by service-area zip code) or the OHCA PACE Unit ([email protected], 405-522-7044) for information; the PACE organization then helps the senior apply for Medicaid and gather the required financial/asset and income verification documents.
