Consumer-Directed Personal Assistance Services and Supports (CDPASS)

Consumer-Directed Personal Assistance Services and Supports (CDPASS) allows active members of the ADvantage and Medically Fragile Waiver programs to self-direct their personal care services.

Eligibility

• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability

How to apply

• Must be an active ADvantage or Medically Fragile Waiver member; if already a member, call to request CDPASS ((918) 933-4900 or (800) 435-4711); if not yet a member, apply for the waiver first
