Oklahoma ADvantage Waiver Self-Directed Services¶
Oklahoma's ADvantage waiver provides HCBS for elderly and disabled Medicaid-eligible individuals. The self-directed option allows participants to hire and manage their own attendants, including family members and spouses. Oklahoma was one of the original Cash & Counseling demonstration states, giving it a long history with consumer-directed care.
