Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) serves individuals 55 and older who need intermediate or skilled care and can safely live in a community setting, providing all medical, social, and support services through the person's home, a local PACE center, or the community.

Eligibility

• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
• Care recipient age: at least 55

• A person may apply for PACE through either ODM's administrative agency or a PO; contact the PACE Organization to determine eligibility
