Provides free, voluntary, and confidential services throughout New Hampshire, linking kinship caregivers to programs and supports like state benefits, and community information and resources.

How to apply

• Kinship caregivers connect with a Kinship Navigator by emailing the program or contacting the Family Resource Center (FRC) nearest them; the program page also links a Kinship Navigation Program Electronic Referral Form and NH EASY (Apply for Assistance) for related benefits.
