Lifespan Respite Program

The Lifespan Respite Program provides funding for family caregivers of people of any age with special needs to purchase respite care, up to $125 per month per client.

Eligibility

• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
• Must live with care recipient
• Relationship: spouse, parent, non relative

How to apply

• Complete the Lifespan Respite Services Program application (and Exceptional Circumstances application if requesting crisis/extra funds); submit electronically to [email protected], or mail to DHHS, Division of Children & Family Services, Attn: Lifespan Respite, PO Box 98933, Lincoln, NE 68509-8933
