Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly is a comprehensive lifelong Medicaid program for North Dakotans 55+ meeting nursing home level of care, covering adult day center, primary care, hospital care, home care, meals, long-term care, and other services without limits.

• Care recipient age: at least 55
