1915(i) State plan Home and Community-Based Services¶
North Dakota's 1915(i) provides behavioral health services and supports for qualifying people with certain behavioral health conditions, coordinated by an assigned care coordinator.
Eligibility¶
- Household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
- Care recipient age: at least 0
- Relationship: parent, child
