NC Lifespan Respite Program

The NC Lifespan Respite Program provides up to $750 in annual voucher funds for family caregivers to access respite care services through adult day care, camps, overnight facilities, or home care options.

Eligibility

• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
• Applicant age: at least 18

How to apply

• Applicant must be referred to the program by a local professional organization, which completes the online application on behalf of the family caregiver
