National Family Caregiver Support Program¶

The National Family Caregiver Support Program provides up to $2,500 per fiscal year in respite care assistance to family and informal caregivers of seniors and persons with disabilities through in-home, adult day care, and residential settings.

Eligibility¶

Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
Applicant age: at least 18
Must live with care recipient
Relationship: child, grandparent, other relative, non relative
