1915(i) State plan Home and Community-Based Services

Michigan's 1915(i) SPA covers Community Support Services (Community Living Supports, Respite Care, Skill-Building, Supported Employment, Family Support & Training, Housing Assistance, and related HCBS) for beneficiaries with serious emotional disturbance, serious mental illness, and/or intellectual/developmental disability.

Eligibility

• Household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level
• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
• Relationship: parent, other relative
