MI Choice Waiver Program

MI Choice Waiver Program provides Medicaid-covered home and community-based services to adults aged 18 and older who need nursing facility level of care and meet income and asset criteria.

• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
• Care recipient age: at least 18
