The 2025 Homestead Property Tax Credit helps eligible homeowners and renters with property taxes, with a taxable value limit of $165,400, total household resources limit of $71,500, and credit limit of $1,900. The Home Heating Credit helps low-income Michigan homeowners and renters pay heating expenses, based on total household resources, household size, and standard or actual heating-cost calculations.
