Family Caregiver Support Program

Family Caregiver Support Program, administered by the Massachusetts Executive Office of Elder Affairs, provides support to family caregivers through local Aging Services Access Points.

Eligibility

  • Applicant age: at least 18
  • Relationship: spouse, parent, child, grandparent, other relative, non relative

How to apply

  • Call MassOptions toll free (800) 243-4636 (or 844-422-6277, Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) to be connected with a Family Caregiver Specialist at your local Aging Services Access Point (ASAP)
