Kentucky Kinship Information, Navigation and Support (KY-KINS)

The KY-KINS Peer Support Program provides individualized, virtual, one-on-one Peer Support services to caregivers caring for relative or fictive kin children.

Eligibility

• Household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level
• Care recipient age: under 18
• Relationship: grandparent, other relative
