Indiana INconnect Alliance and 211 Resource Navigation

Indiana caregivers can use FSSA's INconnect Alliance Area Agencies on Aging/Aging and Disability Resource Centers and Indiana 211 to find case management, service referrals, long-term services and supports, caregiver resources, housing, Medicaid provider information, health and human services, community resources, and local assistance.

Indiana FSSA's Bureau of Better Aging supports access to resources, supports, and home- and community-based services across the state through the INconnect Alliance's Area Agencies on Aging/Aging and Disability Resource Centers. FSSA says INconnect Alliance members offer case management, service referrals, and helpful information for older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers of all ages. The INconnect Alliance site helps people answer questions to connect to personalized information and resources, search local community resources, learn about housing with long-term services and supports, and find support for caregivers. Indiana 211 is a free FSSA service that connects Hoosiers in all 92 counties with thousands of health and human service agencies and local resources through phone, text, chat, web, and email channels.
