Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

The Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) coordinates the care of each participant enrolled in the program based on his or her individual health care needs.

Eligibility

• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
• Applicant age: at least 55
• Care recipient age: at least 55

• Those interested in applying for PACE must contact a PACE enrollment coordinator and go through the application process.
