1915(i) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)

1915(i) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) provides habilitation services in home and community settings for individuals with chronic mental illness whose household income does not exceed 150% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Eligibility

• Household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level
• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
