Kinship Navigator Services

Kinship Navigator Services provides information and support to non-relative caregivers caring for children placed in their care by the Iowa Department of Health and Human Services.

• Relationship: other relative, non relative

How to apply

• HHS makes the referral to Kinship Navigator Services within three days of the child's placement with the kinship caregiver; caregivers may also talk to their HHS worker or kinship navigator to get started
