Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)

Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) organizations provide primary care, social, restorative, and supportive services for individuals 55 years of age and older who live in a PACE service area.

Eligibility

  • Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
  • Applicant age: at least 55
  • Care recipient age: at least 55

How to apply

  • AHCA's PACE page does not describe a beneficiary-facing enrollment process -- the 'PACE Application Process' section on that page is for a prospective PACE ORGANIZATION becoming a state-approved provider, not for individuals enrolling. For individuals, the Department of Elder Affairs (DOEA) determines whether a person meets the PACE level-of-care eligibility requirements. Program questions/inquiries: [email protected].
