Delaware Supports and Services for Caregivers¶
Delaware's Division of Services for Aging and Adults with Physical Disabilities offers supports and services for caregivers, including Caregiver Resource Centers, the Delaware Aging and Disability Resource Center, Lifespan Respite vouchers, in-home respite care, support groups, and related services that can supplement family caregiving.
Delaware caregiver supports include Caregiver Resource Centers for information, assistance, and situation-specific support; ADRC information and assistance; options counseling; Lifespan Respite vouchers that allow eligible caregivers to pay for care while they take a break; in-home respite for caregivers of older people, adults with physical disabilities, or people with dementia; and caregiver support groups. Related DSAAPD services that can supplement caregiving include adult day services, attendant services, case management, meals, personal care, and personal emergency response systems.

- Relationship: spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, other relative, non relative
