Option Pursuant to Section 1915(i) of the Social Security Act

Option Pursuant to Section 1915(i) of the Social Security Act provides home and community-based services to Connecticut residents aged 65 and older with functional needs, including care management, personal care, homemaker, companion, respite, meals, and other services.

Eligibility

• Household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level
• Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
• Care recipient age: at least 65
