Arizona VA health care systems provide caregiver support teams and coordinators who help caregivers of Veterans access VA caregiver assistance, match with services and benefits, connect with local resources and programs, and use national VA caregiver programs.

Arizona caregivers can connect with VA caregiver support through VA Phoenix Health Care System. Caregiver support coordinators help caregivers get assistance available through VA, match with services and benefits, and connect with local resources. A statewide support line is also available for caregivers outside the Phoenix region.

Eligibility

  • Care recipient must be a veteran
  • Relationship: spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, other relative, non relative
