Arkansas Lifespan Respite Voucher Program

The Arkansas Lifespan Respite Voucher Program provides financial assistance vouchers to family caregivers providing full-time care to individuals of any age with a disability or special need.

Eligibility

  • Care recipient must have a qualifying disability
  • Must have worked 40+ hours
  • Must live with care recipient
  • Relationship: parent, spouse, sibling, grandparent, other relative, non relative

How to apply

  • Fill out the application and return it via email, fax, or postal mail, along with a W-9 form.
