Free energy efficiency improvements including insulation, air sealing, heating and cooling system repairs or replacement, energy-efficient lighting, and health and safety measures. Average investment ~$4,695 per home. Reduces energy bills by an average of $283 per year. Priority given to elderly, disabled, and families with children under 6. One-time service per dwelling unit.

Eligibility

  • Household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
