Missouri Consumer Directed Services (CDS)¶
Missouri Consumer Directed Services (CDS) allows Medicaid participants to hire, train, and manage their own personal care attendants through the MO HealthNet state plan. The program is available as a state plan benefit with no waitlist for CDS specifically. Missouri also offers Structured Family Caregiving through Careforth. Family members including spouses can be hired as paid caregivers.
