Idaho Self-Directed Community Supports / Aged & Disabled Waiver¶
Idaho's Aged & Disabled waiver offers self-directed community supports, allowing participants to hire and manage their own attendants for personal care services. Eligibility¶
- Household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level
- Asset limit of $2,000
- Care recipient must have a qualifying disability or need for assistance
- Must be a resident of ID
- Must be Medicaid-eligible
- Must require a nursing facility level of care
