Guam Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

Guam's territorial implementation of SNAP provides monthly EBT food benefits for eligible low-income households. For caregiver households, SNAP can help stabilize food costs while preserving special federal rules for households with elderly or disabled members.

Federal SNAP resource limits are $3,000, or $4,500 when the household includes a member age 60 or older or disabled.
