CFPB Managing Someone Else's Money Guides¶
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau guides for financial caregivers who manage money or property for older adults unable to make their own financial decisions. Four guides cover power of attorney agents, court-appointed guardians/conservators, trustees, and government benefit fiduciaries. Includes Money Smart for Older Adults curriculum.

Covers fiduciary duties: acting in person's best interest, managing money carefully, keeping finances separate, and maintaining records.
